Federal Budget Trade-Offs

Well, the sham war is over

Well, the sham war is over. I never actually saw footage of Iraqis fighting, and it seems like more Coalition Forces were killed by friendly fire than hostile, but our military dominance against pickup trucks full of RPG weilding peasants has never been more sure. At least that brutal dictator is out of power, and will somehow answer for the crimes he commited against those who disagreed with him. But where is he?
